April Tucker, PT, DPT
April is a native of Skaneateles, New York and completed her Physical Therapy Training at Daemen College in Buffalo, New York in 1989. She later returned to Daemen College and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in January 2009. April has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1986 and a local private practice owners group, My Hometown PT/PTAUNY, since 2010.

Steven P. VanDreason, PT
Steve is a 1997 graduate from Utica College of Syracuse University with a B. S. in Physical Therapy, and has worked extensively with outpatients for 19 years treating most orthopedic and sports injuries. Steve is NY State licensed and has continued his education focusing on mechanical assessment and treatment of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine involving McKenzie principles, and has specialized and concentrated in treatment of various shoulder impairments. He is also trained in treating a vertigo condition called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) through Epley Exercise Technique. Steve is married with 2 children, and enjoys running, exercise and hiking.
Antonia Frank, DPT
Toni is a physical therapist with eight years of experience treating a variety of patients in outpatient, inpatient and aquatic environments. She received her doctorate from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania in 2007. Toni is NY State licensed and has furthered her education through continuing education. Her areas of study have included Mckenzie techniques, Myofascial Release (as taught by John Barnes), rehabilitation of patients with Parkinson’s disease and shoulder and ankle rehabilitation.
Erica Jones, DPT
Erica Jones, DPT, ATC graduated from SUNY Brockport with B.S. in Physical Education with a Certification in Athletic Training in 2005 and then graduate from SUNY Upstate Medical University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. Erica is NY State licensed and has worked at this office part time fill in work since 2009 and also works in the pediatric physical therapy field since 2010.
James Kirwan, PT, DPT
Jim received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Nazerath College in Rochester, NY in 2002. In 2004 he was as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In 2010 Jim received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and is NY State licensed. Jim worked in minor league baseball in 2002 and on the PGA Tour in 2008.
Karen Demers, Billing/Administration
Karen has been with Rebound Physical Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapy for 7 years. Karen specializes in insurance claims and credentialing of our staff. She can assist you with any of your insurance questions. Karen enjoys traveling to Florida several times a year to visit her two grandsons and to soak up the warm Florida sunshine.
Terri Leubner, Reception/Administration
Terri works parts time to assist with front office reception and to assist with administration by contacting insurance companies and doctors offices.
Jamie Thompson, Reception
Jamie has been a receptionist at Rebound Physical Therapy for a little over two years now. She is a graduate of Marcellus and has grown up in Marcellus. Outside of work she enjoys crafting, hiking and spending time with her two black labs.
Jacquelyn Sutton, Reception
Jacquelyn joined Rebound Physical Therapy in 2015. Jacquelyn is responsible for the front office. She schedules appointments, processes receipts, contacts physician offices and insurance companies. Jackie is one of the front desk receptionist. She is currently taking classes through Bryant and Stratton to get her Medical Administrative Assistant degree. After getting her degree she hopes to become a medical biller or coder. Jackie lives on Otisco Lake; she enjoys being outdoors and spending time family and friends.
Shelly Hays, Message Therapist
A NYS licensed massage therapist with 18 years experience and a consistent clientele. Shelley specializes in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, but will tailor make your experience according to your needs. A graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. Certified in Releasing the Rotator Cuff (Cross Country Education). Contracted by the music group New Kids On The Block.
